Oare (Johnstown, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Nare and Ruth Henry Nare; her husband Howard Oare; her daughter Kathleen; and her siblings, Howard, Richard Nare and Eileen Kruger.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Nordgren (Herb) of Bozrah, CT, Suzann Howard (John) of Hoffmeister, NY, Stephen Oare (Courtney) of Ames, NY, Timothy Oare (Joy) of St. Petersburg, FL and Lori Guyette (Peter) of Monrivia, MD; and her sister Margaret Post of Fonda, NY. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice or the Town of Mohawk Fire Department, in care of the funeral home.
