With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis J. Wiesner Jr. of Johnstown, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Wiesner and Julia Makovsky Wiesner; and his sisters, Mary Montuoro and Charlotte Smith. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hoffman Wiesner; his children, Louis III of Buffalo, Linda Vineski (Jim), Steven of Singapore, Susan Hansen (Karl) of Johnstown, Lawrence (Rebecca) and Loretta (Kerry); his grandchildren, Louis Wiesner IV, Julia Lawless (Dan), Nicole Schmidt (Mike), Kathleen Ritchie, Megan Berliner (Kevin), Bryan Hansen, Gregory Hansen (Rachael), Mallory Miles (Seth), Duke, Colt Wiesner, Andrew Palmateer (Rohit), Kyle Watkins (Hannah) and Corey Watkins; his great grandchildren, Carter, Caroline, Connell Schmidt, Giuliana Ritchie and Benson Berliner; and his niece Jackie Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
