She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Valliere and Pauline Valliere; her husband Myron R. Frasier; her sister Peggy Horak; and her siblings-in-law, Lillian Herba, Arthur, Daniel, Richard, Lawrence and Thomas Frasier.
She is survived by: her children, Lyn, William, Dale Frasier (Barbara) and Deborah Lair (Wayne) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Kelly J. Lair (Matt) of Gansevoort and Wayne Lair Jr. (Lauren) of Niskayuna; her great grandchild Victoria Anne Lair; and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Frasier (Anne), Joan Savage and Ruth Frasier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
