It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Misti Ranee Oakes of Johnstown, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George Oakes; her stepfather Michael Claven; her sister Jo Ellen Green; her niece Mikayla Wolfkiel; and her grandparents, William and Ruth Linder.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Seeley Claven; her son Matteau; and her siblings, Patricia Orcutt, Debby Wright, George Oakes, Bill Lesso, Tamra Phillips and Nickole Wolfkiel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid there will be no viewing but there will be a celebration of life Wednesday March 17th at the Johnstown Moose Lodge at 2PM which is open to friends and family.
Since Misti was an avid animal lover, in lieu of flowers please make donations in her name to Harvey's Pet store or an animal organization of your choice.
