With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Montgomery of Johnstown, New York, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Montgomery and Helen Lippencott Montgomery; and his brothers, Earl, Lowell and Lawrence Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Lachmayer Montgomery; his children, Michael Earl Montgomery (Karen), Matthew Eric Montgomery (Lisa) and Marianne Elizabeth Friers (Ralph); and his sisters, Sandra Joyce Aesch (Richard) and Beverly Elaine Montgomery. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
