It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Sweeney of Johnstown, New York, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Rattee and Marie Rattee (Snell). She is survived by: her husband Richard Sweeney Jr.; her sons, Richard Sweeney (Vickie) and Scott Sweeney (Valerie); her grandsons, Richard T. Sweeney, Matthew Sweeney and Christopher Sweeney; and her great grandchild Lilah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
