He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Otruba and Marie Lesko Otruba; his wife RoseMarie Hladik Otruba; and his siblings, William Otruba and Paula Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Otruba, James Otruba, Arlene Wiekierak (Bruce) and Teri Brandt (John); his brothers, Emery Otruba and John Otruba; his siblings-in-law, William Knuffke, Edward Testerman, Irene Manno and Katherine Hladik; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Brandt and Logan Brandt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Community Hospice of Amsterdam.
