With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa M. Guzielek of Johnstown, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on May 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa M. Guzielek to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Zaklukiewicz and Mary Halgas Zaklukiewicz; her spouse Francis "Fred" Guzielek; and her brothers, Richard and Gary Zaklukiewicz.

She is survived by : her sons, Frederick Guzielek (Marcia) of Fairport, William Guzielek (Kathy) of Mayfield and Charles Guzielek (Linda) of Mechanicville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
