He is survived by: his children, Bryan T. Billa (Azucena) and Alaine Burke (Robert); his siblings, Richard, James, Mark Billa, Sue Kubovcsak, Barb Hale and MaryAnn Hebert; and his grandchildren, Kierstyn Burke, Brody Burke, Adam Billa, Makayla Billa and Emily Billa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
