He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cresanti and Lucy Cassandro Cresanti; his sons, Vincent Jr., Joseph and Jason; and his sister Mary Ann.

He is survived by: his daughter Kirsten; his son-in-law Philip Malnarick of Amsterdam; and his siblings, Gennaro Cresanti of Clifton Park and Elaine Cresanti of Amsterdam. He is also survived by three nephews; a great-niece; several great-nephews; cousins; and innumerable spiritual brothers and sisters.
