It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne F. Gottobed (Johnstown, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gotobed and Edna Nurnburg Gotobed; his sister Sandra May; his daughter Tina Singh; and his grandchildren, Dana and Sean.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Gottobed of Amsterdam and Deborah Gottobed of Broadalbin; his stepdaughter Riccie Farina; and his stepsiblings, William Gotobed of Johnstown, Harold Gotobed of Tribes Hill and Diane Collins of Amsterdam. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
