She is survived by : her husband Gary E. Holm; her children, Erin Day (Rick), Kristy Holm (Lee), Lisa Stastyshyn (Matthew) and Jennifer Annunziato (Chuck); her grandchildren, Patrick, Kayla, Jessi, Ashlee, Jack, Nathan, Emily and Matthew; and her siblings, Shirley, Charles and Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
