We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2019, at the age of 63, Kathleen Ann Kern (Kings Park, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward T. Kern; her children, Edward Jr. (Clare), Shannon, Kyle (Kathryn) and Rebecca; her grandchildren, Madeline, Edward III, Emily, Lorelei, James, Adalia, Sean and Ryan; and her siblings, Maureen, Linda, James, Francis, Thomas and Richard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Sinai Medical Center Heart Transplant Unit.
