We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2021, at the age of 62, Barbara Panchak of Kingston, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Straub and Agnes Straub (Shekus); and her son Ryan Panchak. She is survived by: her daughter Katie Panchak; her siblings, Jack Straub (Liz), Bruce Straub, Judy Snyder (Larry) and Susan Crounse; her daughter-in-law Kristina Hagen; her grandchildren, Jacob Panchak and Josie Mohn; Adam Mohn of North Carolina. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and twelve great nieces and nephews.
