She was predeceased by : her parents, Rice Weaver and Virginia Weaver; her son Timothy Carpenter; and her sister-in-law Elaine King. She is survived by : her husband David Carpenter; her children, Laura Ryan (John) and Aric Carpenter (Jennifer Mahar); her grandchildren, Rachel Bennett (Richard), Rebecca Chang (Mark), Nicklaus Carpenter, Aric Paul Carpenter, Timothy Carpenter and David Carpenter; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Owen; and her sister-in-law Glena Sutphen (Denton). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
