Frances Rowe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2021, at the age of 77, Frances Rowe of Kirkwood, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard F. Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Steven Rowe, Sandra (Jeff Dodd), Windsor of Gerald Sackett, VA, Ward Rowe, Keith Rowe and Jennifer (Steve Zieno); her sisters, Kathleen Tutko (Julius) and Marlene (James); and her sister-in-law Helen Resak. She is also survived by several other sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
