He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Conrad; and his grandparents, Forrest, Verna, Pop, Bertha and Winfield Darrow.
He is survived by: his mother Winifred Conrad; his daughter Arielle Hurlburt (Ryan); his grandchildren, Brody Conrad and Skye Hurlburt; his brothers, Kevin Conrad (Lisa) and David Conrad (Elaine); and his close friend Carl Grover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
John was a processing technician with CSL Plasma and also donated his own blood for many years to help others.
