She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Haskins and Mildred Haskins Edwards (Stevens); her husband Willam L Hart, Sr.; her children, Barbara Hart Furman and Thomas L. Hart, Sr.; her siblings, Edcil, Vernon, E. Bruce Haskins and Alice Wilmot (Haskins); and her close friend Stanton Merritt.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Forehand (Roger) of East Syracuse, Richard Hart, Sr. of Windsor and William L Hart, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Tracie (Forehand), Smith (Jaimie Flett), Bo Forehand (Colleen), Nikki Baxter (Jeff), Christopher Dodge (April), Ryan Hart (Maureen), Richard Hart, Jr. (Beka), Melissa Hart, James Hill (Hart), Chad Hanyon (Marcie), Jeromy Furman (Elizabeth), Victoria Kelly (Matthew), Adrieana Woodard (Zachery), Kara Dick (Samuel), Destiny Hart, Thomas Nieves-Hart, Jr. (Justina), Kevin Aebischer (Melvin Hart), Eve Aebischer (Melva Hart), Michael Mitchell, Krystal Fuller (Shane) and William Hart III.
