She was predeceased by : her husband Herbert A. West, Jr.; her parents, Steven Farkas and Victoria Farkas; and her sister Rosemary Rupert. She is survived by : her children, Gail, David (Doreen), James (Lisa), Gerry (Brenda), John (Donna) and Joseph West (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey West (Ali), David West (Catherine), Katie McMicken (Mickey), Joseph West (Raechell), Mary Nuttle (John), Robert, Alex (Isabelle), Jacob (Claire), Emily, Nicolas West (Holly) and Elizabeth Halstead (Quentin).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agnes' honor to Hospice Care of Buffalo.
