She is survived by : her husband Mark E. Hazard; her children, Kaitlin (David), Taylor, Jason (Antoinette), Samantha (Izaire) and Shyla (Ashton); her stepchild Alanna; her grandchildren, Declan, Ayva of Amelia, J. J., Mylie and Kaiden; her parents, Raymond Gritzke and Susan Gritzke; her siblings, Raymond (Amy), Pamela (John) and Richard (Dean); and her parents-in-law, Richard and Nancy Hazard. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
