She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Kowalczewski Sr.; her parents, Sigmund Pikula and Carrie Pikula; and her siblings, Thomas Pikula and Marcia Flak (late Michael).
She is survived by: her children, Gene (Charlene), Kevin Kowalczewski (Nancy) and Renee Bellagamba (Russell); her grandchildren, Jordan Edwards (Devon), Lauren Kowalczewski, Kendall Smith (AJ), Julia, Cameron, Nathan Kowalczewski and Olivia Bellagamba; her great grandchildren, Violet Smith and Romy Edwards; and her brother Robert Pikula (Barbara).
