He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann and Joseph J. Gabor, Sr.; and his sister Mary Ann Arnst (late Frank). He is survived by : his spouse Shirley; his daughter Dawn M. Eschner; his grandchildren, Samantha, Kurt and Jenna Eschner; and his siblings, James Gabor (Sandra), AnnMarie Pepin (Ronald), Donald Gabor and Patrick Gabor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
