She was predeceased by : her husband Fredrick L. Consigli Sr.; her parents, Joseph Kosikowski and Antonina Kosikowski; and her brother Joseph (Mary). She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Lewis (Thomas), Denise Travis (William Sr.), Fredrick Consigli Jr. (Lori), David Consigli (Deborah) and Thomas Consigli (Karen); and her siblings, Stanley (Ann), Arthur Kosikowski (Mary), Stella Conti (Joseph), Wanda Talluto (Michael), Lillian O'Malley (Joseph), Theresa Canestrari (Aldo), Noreen Micallef (Raymond) and Sally Kosikowski. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
