He was predeceased by : his father Raymond Kozub (Nancy); and his grandchild Nahla Kozub. He is survived by : his mother Adrienne Stump (late Michael); his sons, Michael Jr. and Jake Kozub; his grandchild Jaaziah; his siblings, Renee Rojek (Richard), Lynn Bartels (Eugene) and Tammy Lutz (Kevin); his nephews, Shane Rojek, Zachary and Alex; his niece Kayla Bartels; and also Audrianna. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins, and friends.
