She was predeceased by : her husband Gilbert A. Kosha. She is survived by : her sons, Lawrence (Margaret) and Richard Kosha (Pam); her grandchildren, Marty (Carolyn) and Mark Kosha (Maria); her great grandchild Kristin; her great great grandchild Jordan; her grandson Jason Jerozal (Lourin); and her great grandchildren, Michael and Harry Jerozal. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
