He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Virginia L. "Ginny" Stephan; his children, Christine Ciminelli (Joseph), Joan Walder (Wayne), Theresa Stephan Hains (late Jack), Camilla Stemrich (Joseph), Jeanne (Michael Gregoire), James (Kimberly), Kathryn Mattison (Richard) and Paul A. Stephan, Jr.; his siblings, Francis (late Kathleen), Joseph (late Lois), Jack (late Sue) and Jeanne Fuller; his brother-in-law Victor Jensen (late Neva); and his friend Ed Nowak. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
