He was predeceased by : his son Jacob R. Mielcarek; and his parents, Leon Mielcarek and Adeline Mielcarek. He is survived by : his wife Linda M. Mielcarek; his child Jesse James T. Mielcarek; his grandchild Starla Kropczynski; and his siblings, Theresa Krull, Anna Damiani (late Alesi), Roxanne (Steve), Luczkowiak, Deborah (Jason), Monkelbaan, Rosemary Matalone (Joe) and Jeannette Cordero (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
