She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Wilbur VanTassell and Susan VanTassell; her siblings, Margaret, Wilbur (Bud) and Henry; her children, Janice Briggs of Katy, TX, Daniel (Nancy Briggs), Susan (Peter Dunlop), Betsy Briggs of Stamford, CT, Nancy (David Hanslowe), J. Martin Briggs, Benjamin, Zachary, Timothy, Kate, Jeffrey Briggs, Katie Kiimbrell and Matt Briggs; her grandchildren, Owen and Zoe; her children, Kevin Briggs and Fiona McCarty; her grandchild Sorsha; her children, Molly Dunlop, Michael, Melissa Hudson, Laura and Jake Wechsler; her granddaughter Annabelle; and her children, Andrew Hudson, Thomas, Emma and Alec Hanslowe. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
