He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Parker and Loretta Sullivan Parker; his granddaughter Margo Abrams; his brother Maurice Parker; his sister-in-law Sally Stuart; his sister Margaret Perkins; and his brother-in-law Donald Ferren.
He is survived by : his children, Richard A. Parker of Auburn, NY and Laura Abrams; his grandchildren, Rylie, Riordan, Shannon Parker of Auburn, Isabel and Parker Abrams of Piseco; his sister Janet Parker Ferren of Litchfield, NH; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Perkins of Speculator and Freeman Stuart of Tupper Lake, Several. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
