He is survived by : his wife Azalia Harriet Caroline Lamphear (Trussell); his daughters, Lynnette (Paul Hornberger) and Leilani (Greg Slabaugh); and also, Marian, Fran, Ruth, Clifford, Freddy, Oscar, Linda and Richard. He is also survived by 8 children and 3 grandchildren.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, services will be held privately at the convenience of his family.
