He is survived by: his wife Upon; his children, Karen Berris (Peter) of Chaplin, CT, John Filhaber (Amanda Morris) of Norwich, CT, Lisa Coe (Doreen) of Jewett City, CT and Maureen Akers (Daniel) of Leverkusen, Germany; his sisters-in-law, Linda Boutell (William) of Tariffville, CT and Maureen Croteau (Wayne Worcester) of Vernon, CT; and his friend Chris Larson (Patti) of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren and several cherished nieces and nephews.
