David Heck Sr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Heck Sr. of Lansing, New York, born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on June 25, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Heck Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Heck and Gertrude Heck; his wife Joyce (Carman); his siblings, Warren Heck and Emily Olmsted (Heck); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Olmsted, Robert T. Carman, Jr., Richard DeWalt, Ambrose Cook, Sr., Mary Cook, Lynn Carman (Stoltz) and Barbara Carman.

He is survived by : his son David Heck, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Dr. Michelle Heck (Cilia) of Ithaca, NY; his son Robert Heck; his sister Joyce DeWalt (Heck) of Springfield, OH; his siblings-in-law, Bernadine Carman of Naples, FL and Thomas R. Carman, Sr. of Vestal, NY; and his grandchildren, Domenica, Joey and Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in David's name to All Saints Catholic Church, Lansing, NY, and Hospicare of Tompkins County.
