It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerd Aasen (Lansing, New York), who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Gunvor Gudbranson (Syversen) of Follebu and Nils Larsen of Lillehammer, Norway.; her grandparents, Hans Syversen and Nilla Kampesveen Syversen of Follebu; her husband Raymond Martin Aasen; her former life partner Ray Aasen; her children, Andrew Aasen, Nina Aasen, Paul Aasen (Amy Barth-Aasen) and John Aasen (Cathy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Erik, Kaitlin, Connor Aasen, Erika Johnson (Michael), Aaron Eddy (Arianna), Kristian Eddy, Ashleigh, Felicia, Rebecca, Annie Barth-Aasen, Kelsey Aasen and Martin Aasen; and her siblings, Hans Syversen (Laila) of Follebu, Mona Larsen Strandenes (Knut) of Lillehammer, Karin MacCadam (Gudbranson), Robert Gudbranson (Tess) and Mona Gudbranson. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
