She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Cole and Sarah Cole. She is survived by: her husband Dennis O'Toole; her children, Kathleen Carinha (Joseph) and Dennis O'Toole Jr. (Vibeke); her grandchildren, Joseph Carinha Jr. (Lisa), Katherine Scharf (Cory), Caroline O'Toole (Nick) and Erik O'Toole; and her great grandchildren, Everly and Eden.
