He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Eacy and Victoria Etoll Eacy; and his sister Dorothy Eacy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Murdza Eacy; his children, Mary A. MacIntosh (Earl) of Altamont and Charles S. Eacy, Jr. (Susan); and his grandchildren, Earl A. MacIntosh III, Victoria M. MacIntosh, Donald and Joseph Bullett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
