He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Billings, Jr. and Ramona Twogood Billings; and his sibling Sandy Billings. He is survived by: his significant other Glee Fairlee-Keelen; his children, Sarah Jayne Lostritto of Cohoes and Scott James Billings of Lansingburg; his stepson Jason Reichelt of Colonie; his grandchildren, Alanna Marie, Gianna Bella, Nataleah Jayne, Nico Lostritto and Liam Reichelt; his siblings, Susan Billings (Eileen), David Billings (Mary), Cathy Mackey (Joseph) of Watervliet, Barbara Volland (Odd) of Maplewood and Bruce Heroux of Watervliet; and his close friend John Cehowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
