Rapp (Latham, New York), born in New York, New York, who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moloney and Anne Moloney; and her siblings, Ralph, John Moloney and Anne Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Rapp; her children, Charles Rapp (Rachel), Curtis Rapp, Cindy Bonesteel (Ross), Mark Rapp (Lisa) and Lisa Rapp (Michael); her grandchildren, Desiree, Tyler, Alexander, Evan, Ian and Emily; her friend Betty Reininger; and her niece Ellie Anne Wilson (Walter). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
