She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles S. Hurlburt and Rita K. Wieczorek Hurlburt; and her nephew Jason Hurlburt. She is survived by : her husband John E. Bick; her siblings, David Hurlburt (Dorene) of Warsaw, Daniel Hurlburt of Warsaw, Sookie Hurlburt (Evie) of Perry, Sharyn Guarino (Joseph) of Geneseo and Shelly Snyder (Eric) of Warsaw; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Walker (Michael) of North Java and David Bick of Varysburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
