He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janet, Jack Sullivan and Clifford Crews. He is survived by: his wife Nora Carpineti; his children, Lilyan and Jay; his parents, John Sullivan and Veronica Sullivan; his stepparents, Kevin and Annie Sullivan; his parents-in-law, David and Catherine Carpineti; his grandmother Irma Crews; his brother Jonathon Sullivan; his parents-in-law, Bill Carpineti, Jess, Kait Regan and Sean; and his stepsiblings, CJ Pedrick and Jennifer Pedrick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
