She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Bugaj and Frances Bugaj (Swietlikowski). She is survived by : her husband Ted (Ted); her sons, Michael (Michelle) of Jacksonville, FL and Stephen of Tallahassee, FL.; her grandsons, Cooper and Parker of Jacksonville, FL.; her brother Thomas Bugaj (Helen) of Dewitt; and her brother-in-law Walter Oleszek (Janet) of Fairfax. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made in Mary Jane's memory to Holy Family Parish, 763 East Main Street, Little Falls, NY 13365 or to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
