She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Peckay; her parents, Francis O'Hara and Marion O'Hara (Halpin); her daughter-in-law Beth Peckay; and her brother Charles O'Hara.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine C. Peterson of Fayetteville, NY, Barbara A. Weber (Leon) of Sagamore, Tommy F. Peckay (Tiffiny) of Ilion, NY and Francis E. Peckay of Bradenton, Florida.; her grandchildren, Ashley Weber (Elise), Abigail Weber (Danny), Sara Peckay, Garrett Peterson, Elizabeth Peterson, Quintin Williams, TJ Thanzo and Dennis Waugh; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Ollie and Mason.
