It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean (Reale) Piraino of Liverpool, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reale and Susan Reale (Speach); her husband Martin P. "Marty" Piraino, Sr.; and her siblings, Lewis "Ted" Reale, Joseph Reale, Jr. and Rosemary Paduana.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Piraino, Jr. (Melanie) of St. Louis, MO, Peter Piraino (Anne) of Liverpool, Michael Piraino (Catherine Fuoco) of Central Square, Lewis Piraino (Terry) of Syracuse and Barbara Jean Wirickx of Syracuse; her sister Noreen Falcone (Michael); and her brother-in-law Leonard Paduana. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of CNY or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
