He is survived by: his wife Marie Rose Nicotra of Liverpool, NY; his children, Charles Kelly of Syracuse, NY, Michael Kelly and Erin Kelly of Syracuse, NY; and his siblings, Mavis Pyle (Jim) of Nashua, NH and Bobbie Kelly. He is also survived by six nieces and a nephew.
