He is survived by: his parent Helen Blake (Wright); his spouse Filomena Bottino; his son Jason Blake (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ethan and Abby; his son Jarod Blake (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cooper and Parker; his children, Ian Blake and Ashley Scala (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan, Leah and Jake; and his aunt Louise O'Connor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
