She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, John (Roberta) of Pulaski, Kevin (Cindi) of Mattydale, Michael of Clearwater, FL and Karen; her grandchildren, Sean, Patrick (Kristin), Zackary O'Brien, Jennifer Glass and Jeff Herlowski (Karen); her great grandchildren, Easton O'Brien, Maxlynn O'Brien, Jeremy Herlowski, Jessica Herlowski and Maya Glass; and her siblings, Jean Karasinski, Bill Redington (Ginny), Irene Kenyon, Lucille Humez, Ginny Mitchell and Chuck Redington. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
