With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Schumacher of Liverpool, New York, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on July 27, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine (Brown) and Franklin; his stepmother Alice; and his siblings, Elizabeth and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Schumacher of Liverpool, NY; his children, Paul Schumacher (Jennifer) of North Syracuse, NY, Ann Canastra (Daniel) of Cicero, NY, Jon Schumacher (Jessica) of Providence, NC, James Schumacher of Liverpool, NY and Joseph Schumacher of Liverpool, NY.; his grandchildren, Carter, Quentin, Madeline, Abigail, Cody, Adrienne and Aria; and his father-in-law Richard Carta, Sr. of Liverpool, NY. He is also survived by several siblings, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loved ones and friends.
