We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2018, at the age of 89, Frances Pardee-Usery (Liverpool, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Hawley Pardee; her husband W. J. Usery (Bill); and her siblings, Florence, Mary, Cora and John.

She is survived by: her parent Helen Pardee; and her brother Loomis Pardee (Carol). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces.
