She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Foil; her parents, Leon Scriber and Myra Scriber (Brockett); and her siblings, Verna Hughson and Alvin Scriber.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra S. Fleming (David) of Clay; her grandson Matthew J. Fleming (Kassey Owens) of Clay; her great grandchild Aubree Owens of Clay; and her sister Jeanne Sharp of Liverpool.
