She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Dejewski (Zielinicka) and John Dejewski; and her husband Michael Betelak. She is survived by: her children, Michaelann Hunter (Jim), Dave Betelak (Diane) and Brian Betelak (Vikkie). She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
