He is survived by : his significant other Iole; his daughter Frances (Franco Cappitta) of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Franco and Daniela (Roberto); his sons, Daniel Puzzo of Florida and David Puzzo; his grandchildren, David Jr. and Samantha; his daughters, Diane (Thomas Babich) of Livingston Manor, NY. and Valentina (Brianne Gallagher); his granddaughter Christine (Jesse Ierardi) of Parksville, NY.; his daughter Fiorella (Maurizio Muscia); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Bella of South Fallsburg, NY.; and also Weston Thomas of Highland Lakes, NJ..
